SHIPPING POLICY

At Collectibles Clan, we know how exciting it is to wait for a new addition to your collection. We are committed to processing and delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with the utmost care.

1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY

  • All in-stock orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • A flat shipping fee of ₹120 applies to all orders below ₹1499.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders of ₹1499 and above.

  • Please note: Free shipping is not applicable on wholesale or bulk orders.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp, email, or SMS by our trusted courier partners.

  • You can monitor your delivery progress at any time using the “Track Order” option on our website.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system after dispatch.

4. UNDELIVERED / REFUSED ORDERS

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 3 times.

  • If the order is refused, not accepted, or remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases, forward shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.

5. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Secured a highly anticipated release? Pre-order items are shipped within 3–5 working days after the stock arrives at our warehouse.

  • Estimated arrival timelines are always mentioned directly on the specific product page.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, timelines may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, logistics constraints, or regional courier delays).

  • For security and logistics reasons, orders cannot be cancelled or redirected to a new address once they have been shipped.
