RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We take the utmost care in inspecting and securely packaging all products to ensure they reach you safely and in the best possible condition.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product received has a verified manufacturing defect.

An incorrect item has been delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for:

Minor box imperfections (common in the transit of collectibles).

Change of mind or personal preference.

Damage caused after delivery (including crashed/run remote-controlled vehicles, stripped gears, or mishandled diecast parts).
2. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT FOR CLAIMS To initiate any return, replacement, or damage claim, a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must start from the opening of the sealed shipping package and clearly show the issue or defect.

The video must be recorded in one continuous shot with no cuts, pauses, or edits.

Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. RETURN WINDOW

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made beyond this 7-day period will not be accepted.

5. RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The product must be strictly unused and in its original condition (e.g., RC models must not have been powered on or driven, and parts must remain uninstalled).

All original packaging, tags, seals, and accessories must be completely intact.

The product must be securely repacked for return shipping to prevent further transit damage.

Returns will be rejected if the product shows any signs of use, tampering, or post-delivery damage upon inspection.
6. REPLACEMENT & REFUND PROCESS

Approved claims will be processed as either a replacement or a refund, depending on current inventory availability.

Replacements are shipped out only after the returned product is received and physically inspected by our team.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days. It may take an additional 5–7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your original payment account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund amount where applicable.
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following are strictly not eligible for return or refund:

Clearance, customized, or Sale items.

Products without valid, uncut unboxing video proof.
-
Products returned with damaged or missing original retail packaging.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR COLLECTORS While we ensure heavy-duty packaging to minimize any risk during delivery, flawless, "mint" box condition cannot be 100% guaranteed, as minor transit wear or scuffing may occasionally occur during shipping via our courier partners.
